Cycling Training Plans
No athlete is the same, each of us have different fitness levels, abilities, demands, schedules and goals, to name just a few individual factors. This is why we provide three distinct training plan levels. From these three plan levels, we can custom build the right training plan for you and with the right amount of coaching interaction that you need to achieve your goals. These three plan options allows us to work closely with athletes of all abilities ranging from the beginner to the elite, with each skill level requiring different levels of coach-athlete interaction and training demands.
Is one plan better than the other? NO, all of the plans are based on the same principle foundation, which is each training plan is custom designed specifically for each athlete and their current ability and are proportionate with their skill level and goals.
Triathlon Training Plans
We offer three levels of triathlon training plans, Level 1, 2 & 3, each corresponding to the athlete's skill and fitness level. With these three training plan levels, we can custom build the right training plan for you and with the right amount of coaching interaction that you need to achieve your goals. These three plan options allows us to work closely with athletes of all abilities ranging from the beginner to the elite, with each skill level requiring different levels of coach-athlete interaction and training demands.
